A traditional Ecuadorian sauce used on meat,
empanadas, ceviche, and more. This sauce is made with tamarillo fuit and aji peppers, which give it the name aji. Becuase of the aji pepers the sauce has a bright orange color, a color which I reference in my color palette. I also reference traditional Ecuadorian textiles through the use of pattern.
